Your body’s digestive and elimination systems are key to a well functioning immune system. Unfortunately, the modern American diet creates havoc with these systems because it is so high in refined carbohydrates.
The following breakfast recipe is designed to strengthen the body’s digestive and elimination functions and thereby support optimal functioning of your immune system. People who use it regularly notice an increased resistance to infections and fewer allergic reactions as well as improved digestion.
For best results, this recipe should be eaten 2-4 times a week over a period of 2 months.

How much is considered 1 serving size?
Hi Anne,
Good question! I think this calls for a little home experiment. I would suggest that you start with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the dry mix and let that soak overnight. The volume will expand as it soaks overnight. If the resulting volume exceeds your appetite, you can store the wet mix for several days in your fridge.
Enjoy!
Thank you for posting this recipe. I somehow had this 20 years ago and ate it almost daily for a several years. I’ve been thinking about it lately and am going to start eating it again.
