Did you know that you can schedule an appointment right in your Patient Portal? You can purchase supplements, too. How convenient is that! And you can do this whether or not the clinic is open, any time of the day or night, using your mobile device or desktop computer. Here’s how that works.
Log into your Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Full Circle Care, you have a Patient Portal account on the ChARM PHR that gives you a private and secure means of managing your health records, communicating with your physician, scheduling appointments, etc.
To log into your patient portal, go to the Full Circle Care website, click on the Patient Portal menu item at the top of the page, and click on the blue button labelled Patient Portal Login. Or you can just use this shortcut here which will take you to the login page below.

Schedule an Appointment
After you log into your patient portal, you will see a variety of colored icons.
To schedule an appointment, click on the blue icon in the upper left-hand corner labeled Appointments. This will take you to the following page:
You can now select your provider, choose the service that you want to book, select your preferred appointment date and time, and complete payment for the appointment.
Access the E-Commerce Store
To purchase supplements, return to the previous tab and click on the link for the homepage of your patient portal. In the middle of the second row, there is an orange icon titled E-Commerce Store. Click on this icon to go to the following page:
Here you can search for an select the supplements that you need, pay for them online, and either pick them up at the office or have them delivered to your door.
