- Access lab results and imaging reports ordered by Dr. Peterson
- View Dr. Peterson’s visit summaries (diagnoses, treatments, instructions, prescriptions)
- Add, manage, and share your own health records
- Track ailments and treatment progress
- Monitor health vitals and fitness goals
The portal is CharmHealth’s Personal Health Record system. It is HIPAA compliant and encrypts your health information in transit.
